Refund Policy

Tax Lien Certificate School is committed to providing quality products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on both our educational materials and live in-person events.
1. Refunds for Books, Digital Materials, and Online Training
Purchases of books, digital materials, or online training programs are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Return of Materials: All physical materials received must be returned in resalable condition. If materials are damaged, incomplete, or missing, a refund may be denied.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund:

Once your request is approved and any physical materials are returned and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
After 30 Days: All sales of books, digital materials, and online training programs are final, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Refunds for Live Training and In-Person Events
Tax Lien Certificate School offers live training programs and in-person events (such as 3-day auction trips). These purchases are governed by the following refund policy:
Refunds for Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Event Rescheduling:
If Tax Lien Certificate School must reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the new event date to request a refund.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend the event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Credit Card Disputes and Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company after the applicable refund period has expired.
